The Remoters:

This series of folded, plywood ‘Remoters’ plays with the notion of communication and misinterpretation. These many-sided polyhedra recall antique phonograph horns squashed into ellipses then ‘broken’ and hinged into misfunctioning instruments. The drooping, white blobs discharged from the ends imply a materiality of sound.
